Payroll Administrator

This is what you’ll be doing
You will be working with a small team to cover the following tasks:

• Maintain the HR and payroll database including the input of starters, leavers, and employee organisational changes

• Provide admin for the upload of monthly payrolls

• Prepare and issue HR related letters ranging from flexible working requests, maternity/ paternity/ adoption leave ensuring that records are maintained.

• Process worked hours from the time and attendance system

• Administer the company pension scheme, ensuring correct contributions are deducted, act as the point of contact for pension queries, ensuring auto enrolment legislation requirements are met

• Assist with wider tasks across the team

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Background in a similar payroll position

• Previous experience within Admin

• Confident using Excel

• The desire to work in a fast paced role and get stuck in

• A salary from £23k

• Hybrid working or fully on site

• 30-35 hours per week
