Payroll Officer

This is what you’ll be doing
You will be working with a highly dynamic team to cover the following tasks:

• Assisting with the completion of weekly and salaried payroll and sending reports to our finance department

• Sending to HMRC the weekly FPS report and monthly the EPS report

• Monitoring and maintaining the auto-enrolment pension payments

• Assisting with submissions to our pension providers

• Distribution of weekly and monthly payslips

• Producing and posting weekly paid staff P45s

• Providing reports as required by the department and/or company.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Background in a similar payroll position

• Previous experience with various payroll systems

• Confident using Excel

• Qualifications such as CIMA or ACCA (not essential)

• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• A high level of numeracy and literacy

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently

• A professional approach and consistent manner.
