People Administrator £16.94 per hour - Hybrid -Cardiff Gate 4 months+ - Immediate start

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team is working closely with a Not-For-Profit organisation that works for better conditions for health care workers.

We are supporting them with their recruitment of a temporary People Administrator who has a keen eye for detail and has a "right first time" approach.

What the People Administrator will be doing
You will be providing guidance when it comes to disciplinaries and employee queries:

  • Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met for investigations, hearings, and appeals.
  • Ensure templates are up to date following any advised changes.
  • Draft standard correspondence (invite letters) using approved templates.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings (rooms, virtual links, documentation).
  • Attend ER meetings (disciplinary, grievance, capability) to take comprehensive and impartial notes.
