People Business Partner - Brighton

The opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit a People Business Partner for a permanent position.This is a Hybrid role, with the requirement to be in the office once a week.

What the People Business Partner will be doing

The People Business Partner role involves providing strategic and tactical business partnering to directorate leaders, people managers, and employees. The successful candidate will

  • Provide strategic and tactical business partnering to executive leaders and their teams
  • Build productive relationships with leaders and people managers to support their development.
  • Deliver effective people solutions, including resource forecasting and workforce planning.
  • Coach and mentor on people issues in your assigned area.
  • Drive positive cultural change to support the Corporate Strategy
  • Champion diversity and equal opportunities

What the successful People Business Partner will bring to the team

This role is suitable for someone who;

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a generalist HR Business Partner
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of influencing People Plans and delivering positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work at a strategic, tactical, and operational level within HR.
