People,Policy and Process Manager - 3 months - Cardiff (Hybrid)

What the People Policy and Projects Partner will will be doing
The ideal People Policy and Projects Partner will will be responsible for

* Reviewing people policies and processes to ensure legal compliance.

* Keeping the organisation up to date and responds to changes in legislation.

* Champion diversity, equality and human rights and be responsible for helping achieve the commitments made by the organisation

* Develop and undertake people projects

What the successful People Policy and Projects Partner will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has

* An in depth knowledge of contemporary HR practices

* Excellent knowledge of data protection legislation

* Have project management skills including planning, delivery and evaluation

* Willingness to travel throughout the UK

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
