Performance Analyst
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Performance Analyst to join an organisation which depends on its IT services to operate and innovate effectively.
With the organisation committed to embracing cloud technologies and creating an IT department of the future, they will invest time and effort to support you to developer your career, making this an exciting and challenging position.
They are offering a salary of up to £50,000 with an employer pension contribution of 27.1% and a strong focus on learning and development opportunities. They offer predominantly remote working with just 4 times a month visits to the office. Their offices are based in Newport.
What the Performance Analyst will be doing
The successful candidate will provide guidance to the Service Design community of practice on customer facing analytics and toolsets and be able to provide expertise and advice building greater capability across the profession.
Collect and interpret requirements for user centred analytics from the Customer Insight, Customer Experience, User Research, Service Design, and wider Agile project teams
Support service owners and project teams by identifying KPI’s and ensure their services meet the performance and reporting requirements set out in the Digital by Default Service Standard
Provide expertise on best practice analysis techniques, to evidence that services are meeting the required standard
What the successful Performance Analyst will bring to the team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and service design with a technical bias.
Dynatrace Experience
Stakeholder management skills
Experience creating funnels and dashboards
Strong analytical skills including analysis of requirements and analysis of performance analytic outputs
