Personal Assistant – Fixed Term Contract
 
Yolk Recruitment are excited to be closely working with a Global Technology company to find a driven Personal Assistant to support their Deputy Managing Director in Pencoed on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

This is what you’ll be doing
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Personal Assistant to join a dynamic and fast paced Technology company in Pencoed on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will work closely with the Deputy MD, to maintain and organise his diary and calendar on a daily basis. You will also:
 
  • Answer the phone and emails, filtering contact and organising incoming and outgoing post alongside taking and passing along messages
  • Effectively manage diaries and appointments, and prepare meeting rooms for client visits
  • Coordinate and attend meetings and events taking minutes, notes and information when needed
  • Manage and coordinate any travel and accommodation requirements, organising budgets and expenses as needed
  • Design, produce and put together various PowerPoint presentations
  • Directly liaise with the Deputy MD’s direct reports, and work closely with the senior members of the business
  • Any other Ad-hoc requests
 
The experience you’ll bring to the team
 
As a dynamic Personal Assistant, you’ll need to have experience working in a similar role and confidence in your ability to multitask. You will also have:
 
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise own workload
  • The ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast paced and changeable environment
