Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler
An Insurance company based in Cardiff are looking for an experienced personal lines account handler to join their team. Ideally you will have experience within personal lines, motor or home insurance. If this is something you would be suitable for please apply today.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Manage existing accounts with regards to retentions of renewals to achieve company targets
- Service all clients’ accounts
- Deliver and set targets
- Identify, upsell and cross sell at all opportunities
- Provide quotations and ensure conversion of new business and create system records
- Provide professional and accurate customer service
- Ensure that all system records are up to date and accurate following all client contact.
- Check all insurance documentation is correct
- Manage the departmental diary system
- Resolve queries and issues raised with all customers
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Previous insurance experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of FCA regulations
