The Role –

We are working with an award-winning client who provide a bespoke online booking software system. Our client pride themselves on their wide scale platform which have them deliver services to over 1600 businesses across 67 countries world-wide. A few of their customers range from the NHS, Microsoft, BMW, BBC, David Lloyd and many more. They are looking for a passionate PHP developer who is not afraid of new challenges to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities –

Your responsibility as a PHP Developer would mean joining the team to write easy to follow, loosely coupled and well-tested code. You will be required to trouble shoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimisation and functionality. Along with following industry best practices and contributing in all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills –

·       Commercial software development experience with PHP7+, OOP & TDD

·       Exposure to modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel.

·       Demonstrable knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, React.js, Webpack, SASS, LESS.

·       Good knowledge of relational databases, we use MySQL.

·       Experience integrating third-party APIs and Payment Systems.

·       Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
