£35,000 - £45,000 + excellent benefits (e.g. 7-9K annual pension contributions)

This is what you’ll be doing

You’ll be responsible for managing the Planning team and both short and long term supply and demand planning, including:

• Sales Forecast Creation & Management
• Production Planning
• Stock Availability, reporting and management
• Capacity Planning
• New Product Introduction planning
• Continuous Improvement
• Team Development

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A strong business / commercial awareness
• Excellent planning and organisating skills
• Ability to communicate and influence with key stakeholders at all levels
• A high level of analytical and numerical ability
• High degree of problem solving ability
• Experience of planning and planning techniques within a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Experience of managing people and leading teams is essential
• Experience forecasting, demand and supply planning
• End to End Supply Chain knowledge
