​A UK Top 50 Commercial law firm, are looking for a driven Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join their market leading Real Estate division, in which you would specialise in Plot Sales.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property paralegal to join one of the most highly regarded real estate teams in the UK, ranked highly in the Legal 500.

Notably this role is permanent and full time based in Bristol city centre, and there is a mixture of office and home-based work.

This is what you’ll be doing

·        Efficiently manage a caseload of sale files, and deal with all aspects of matter management

·        Work closely with clients, and regularly update them on the progress of their matters

·        Work closely with senior team members to deal with any complex enquiries from the buyer’s solicitor

·        Develop relationships with clients and third parties

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·        Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience gained in Conveyancing/Residential Property, or Real Estate

·        LLB degree or CILEx

·        Ability to manage a busy workload

·        Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems

·        Excellent attention to detail

·        Excellent client care and communication skills
