We are looking for someone who has experience in a Pre- Sales, customer focused role with an extremely high technical knowledge and confidence in full stack development
You will have an inquisitive nature and desire to understand and resolve complex problems… be very customer centric and constantly look to explore and improve software solutions. You will constantly listen to your customer and offer prototypes, always explaining the technology and data behind what you’re doing.
What are the responsibilities as a Technical Pre – Sales Consultant?
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support potential customers with the sales process by providing technical support to deliver data service propositions (API implementations, custom workflows, bespoke orders).
- Understand the customers needs fully to offer a bespoke solution
- Proposition development
- Data management – provide insight on data to customers
- Proposition tracking and quality analysis
- Become an Industry expertise on legal technology
What skills/ experience do I need?
- Technical Pre – Sales experience/ experience In a similar role
- Full stack software engineering/ Software development experience
- Ability to identify and progress innovation opportunities either within the scope of the role or within a project
- Ability to provide mentoring and guidance to colleagues and team members on opportunities and limitations in implementation of client data services
- An inquisitive nature and desire to understand and resolve complex problems
- High attention to detail
- Qualification in GIS or Data related discipline or significant equivalent professional experience is desirable
