Role: Private Client Paralegal/Legal Executive

Salary: Up to £26,000.00 (DOE)

Location: Trowbridge

Yolk Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a highly reputable legal practice in the search for a Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and skilled individual to develop their career within a well-established and successful firm.

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
  • Managing probate and estate administration matters.
  • Providing support to Partners and Associates in client meetings and on transactions.
  • Managing client files and correspondence, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

  • Previous experience working in a busy private client department.
  • Ability to provide efficient and reliable support to the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with IT systems and preferably case management software.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
