We're looking for someone with experience improving output, quality, cost or safety, a STEM background and good analytical skills for a role that will focus on equipment, people and process.

This is what you'll be doing as Process Engineer

• Identifying and delivering on projects to improve productivity, quality and cost
• Support New Product Development, including determining tests, running trials, and data analysis
• Maintain production documentation and reports
• Carry out root cause analysis of production issues, determining corrective actions.
• Create works orders and develop SOP's

The experience you'll bring to the team as Process Engineer

• Experience in process or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Experience of material science, chemistry, metallurgy is advantageous, a background in an engineering or scientific discipline is essential
• Demonstrable experience leading the use of problem-solving tools
• Experience using data analysis tools e.g. MATLAB, Minitab, Excel.
• Strong communication skills
