A rapidly growing specialist manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer to join the team on a 3-6 month contract, likely to be outside IR35.

The company has grown considerably over the last 12 months as a result of increasing volume from a varied existing customer base and major new long-term business wins and is continuing to invest to support this growth.

You’ll be contributing with a variety of Process and Manufacturing activities in the support of improved efficiencies and quality through manufacturing. This is a hands on role requiring you to be on site in South Wales, observing opportunities and driving improvements.

You’ll need a Six Sigma Black Belt and experience within fast paced manufacturing environments, and an Engineering background.
