Are you an experienced Product Manager with an analytical mind and experience in working in either the medical or manufacturing sector? Do you have experience in managing products through all stages of activity within the product lifecycle?

If so then we’d like to hear from you.

Yolk Recruitment are currently partnered with a Global organisation to hire a Product Manager to work on 3 of their major product lines. You’ll have experience in a similar role, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Working with the Head of Product & Insights, maximising the commercial penetration for product portfolio and supporting our ambition of achieving best-in-industry global product management.

• Taking responsibility for managing products through all stages of activity within the product lifecycle, helping underpin global commercial strategy.

• Taking a proactive approach to managing global product portfolio, ensuring the provision of optimal and efficient SKU levels from both a commercial and operational perspective.

• Being an expert with respect to understanding the effectiveness of products in global markets, and making recommendations for improvements / developments.

• Working with the Head of Product & Insights, maximising the commercial potential of your product portfolio and making recommendations for the development of line extensions and in-life product improvements.

• Monitoring the commercial performance of your product portfolio from a global perspective, and working with the Head of Product & Insights, being able to formulate and articulate product strategies when intervention is required.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:

• You’ll have previous product management experience

• You’ll have strong data analytical skills

• You’ll have excellent communication skills

• You’ll have strong presentation skills and the ability to network both internally and externally

• Experience in an international organisation would be an advantage but is not essential

• Experience with medical products or similar would be an advantage, but again, not essential
