Yolk is excited to partner with a leading, long-standing organisation based in the heart of South Wales on this recruitment campaign, seeking a strategic thinker to elevate their product portfolio. Join us in Swansea as we embark on this journey together!

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Crafting compelling USPs and propositions to position products as Best in Class.
• Driving sales through targeted marketing communications and collateral development.
• Analysing market dynamics and competitor strategies to inform pricing decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and sourcing initiatives.
• Working with and reporting to the Managing Director, you'll work closely with the sales teams to develop effective plans together
• You'll be actively involved in product development, sourcing and valuing engineering work, working effectively with operations and quality management

The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:

• You'll have a proven track record in product management, with a focus on market analysis and strategy development.
• Commercial acumen, you'll be adept at understanding cost structures and driving profitable sales.
• You'll have a strong grasp of marketing principles, with experience in online presence management.
• You'll possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships across teams.
