Product Support Engineer

Yolk Recruitment are looking to speak with Product Support Engineers, to work within a company who have a huge global presence within their industry. Offering stability and continued support and training, this role will be a fantastic step in your career progression.

Day to day activities will mainly focus around the clients design, creating engineering drawings, bill of material creation/management and setting up components/assemblies on the ERP system - all based on customer requirements and timescales communicated through the internal team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure H&S standards are maintained and line with framework, procedures and safe systems.
• Customer liaison
• Design analysis
• Maintenance of ERP data
• Preparation of BOM's
• Compilation of product/design specifications

Skills:

• 3D modelling
• Familiar with ISO quality assurance procedures
• Production of engineering drawings
• Use of ERP system
• Use of PLM system
