This is what you’ll be doing

While this role is well suited to someone with previous experience in manufacturing, you're unlikely to have worked in somewhere similar and you'll be trained in every aspect of the role.  You'll be working in a medium/heavy engineering environment, learning from the ground up.  That'll mean initially carrying out repetitive tasks while you're learning safe working practices and gaining a familiarity with production machinery used, and there will be plenty to opportunities to learn, develop, become an expert in your field and to increase your earnings as a result.  

The experience you’ll bring to the team

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, or have completed an apprenticeship framework in a technical field

And this is what you’ll get in return

£23700 while training, multiple higher rates available. 

39 hours per week, 6 – 2 and 2 – 10, some nights in busy periods. 

25 days + bank holidays
