Are you an experienced IT Programme Manager? Are you keen to lead a number of Project Managers to deliver change? Looking to work for a growing company? Then apply for this role based in Newport. This is what you’ll be doing
As a programme manager within the company you will promote a culture for a high level of staff morale and motivation. You will also be required to develop project managers within your team to ensure development within their programme. Other duties include:

Acting as Programme Manager on key pieces of work across the company’s client base

Managing a programme in line with Quality management frameworks
-
Providing programme statistics and progress to the programme board
-
Responsible for programme reviews for project progress
-
Promoting a culture of improvement to balance customer and client requirements
-
Defining and implementing progressive processes to deliver project results
-
Managing relationships between stakeholders
The experience you’ll bring to the team
You will have previously worked as a Programme Manager or in a similar role and will have experience of the below:

Prince2 or equivalent Qualification required

Experience in leading and managing Project Managers
-
Experience of working in Waterfall and Agile environments is essential
-
It would also be desirable to have experience within the Financial Service sector
