PROJECT CONTROLLER PMO - FILTON - HYBRID WORKING - £35.00 PER HOUR - INSIDE IR35 - 35 HOURS PER WEEK - ONE STAGE VIRTUAL INTERVIEW - 12 MONTH CONTRACT
Yolk Recruitment are looking for a Project Controller PMO to join the worlds leading Aerospace and Defence company in their Filton plant. The successful candidate will be motivated and passionate to deliver best practice PM into a successful, high performing environment. Responsibilities
- Deliver the Change / MOD management Governance including Process Control, Material Preparation/Reporting & Review Facilitation
- Ensure best practise alignment within the Widebody VSM team
- Support the team with Config Management & CMPM Deployment
- Support the VSM Planning Manager with the delivery of new CAP plans and cascades into United Planning
- Maintain End to End planning analysis for all Major Constituent Assemblies deliveries
- Integrated Finance Review, Industrial Readiness, PRMs, Central Programme comms & escalation topics
- Support Supplier / Industrial Partner & Plants Performance Management (i.e. ASCO / SABCA / SONACA / TAI)
- Link with plant Quality Gate team & VSM Route to Zero project in order to Set up Improvement Projects to reduce repeat nonconformities and improve Quality Gate performance
- Lead Risks & Opportunities Management
Skills
- Strong facilitation skills for leading, motivating & enabling the team performance
- Sound data management and visualisation skills including G Suite
- Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis in a timely manner
- Interested in deploying innovation and new ways of working
- At least 5-10 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a Programme environment
- Knowledge & experience of Aircraft production / engineering
- Experience in stakeholder management, ability to engage skills of different functions
