Project Controls Manager

Locations: Lelystad, Netherlands

Contract duration: 12 months (extensions likely)

Pay rate: Dependent on experience.

Yolk recruitment is recruiting for an exciting new project within the Lelystad area. This is a great opportunity to work with a critical infrastructure project that will have a large impact on the region.

Responsibilities:

• Controlling finances, planning, risks, scope and quality
• Managing and coordinating project management
• Actively advising the project manager and project team on the management of the project
• Providing timely reports to the project manager and line management
• Participating in core team meetings and project group and consultations with the consultancy firm
• Developing the contract documents in collaboration with the technical manager
• Coordinating the acquisition of (additional) subsidies
• Reassessing the estimate for the contract management component and making agreements about this with the guidance team
• Strategic advising the Project Manager
• Participating in administrative accountability and reporting

Job requirements:

• WO working and thinking level.
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Project Control Manager within the Civil Engineering
• Experience with coordinating project control.
• Experience with contract management.
• Experience working for the government.
• Fluent Dutch speaker
