Project Management Business Partner - £37per hour inside ir35 - Flintshire - 16 months (extension likely) - Hybrid working - one stage virtual interview - Sector: Aerospace

Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Management Business Partner (PMBP) to working with a leading figure in the aerospace sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Project Construction Leader in setting up and leading CAPEX projects from inception and feasibility, through to design and specification and final handover.

Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update/manage, and monitor a project delivery plan.
• Set up of a Risk Management Governance, Identification and Management of risks and opportunities.
• Definition & follow up of Mitigation plans.
• Support to CAPEX business cases from preparation through approval to delivery and project close.
• Preparation and follow up of major Milestone Reviews
• Skilled and competent in IT tools, able to produce and present documentation, reports, technical analysis, cost reports.
• Choice of appropriate Project management Methods & Tools for the Project

Core Skills:

• At least 5 years of project management experience required.
• Experience working for a large business in a manufacturing/ production type setting.
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage a Multi-Functional Project Team (MFT)
• Previous experience of Building Engineering Services Refurbishment in existing buildings with particular emphasis on delivering small to medium sized projects would be a plus.
• Solid Project Management knowledge required.

Desirable Skills:

• Construction/ building experience
• Experience utilising a dormant building.
• Experience working in the aerospace or aviation sector.
• Experience in Capital Investment Project management, and project delivery
