I am searching for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join an expanding Fintech company in Cardiff.
If successful you will be expected to effectively manage multiple short term projects (2 weeks to 3 months long) through to completion. You will work closely with the Product & Development teams to ensure the projects are in line with customer requirements & deliverable. The development team operate in an Agile / Scrum environment therefore previous experience in a similar environment is essential.
They are currently operating hybrid / remote working.
As Project Manager this is what you’ll be doing
- Managing multiple short term project workstreams concurrently.
- Working closely with the Product teams to ensure client requirements are deliverable & understood.
- Working within an Agile / Scrum development environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple short term projects concurrently.
- Experience managing projects within an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Ideally you will have experience within fintech or similar sectors.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salary up £55000
- Private Medical Insurance
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
