Project Manager

This is what you’ll be doing
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the technical configuration of their booking system as well as the delivery of support and training. Other duties include:

Providing technical support to clients while working within the team to resolve support tickets that have been escalated.

Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients during on boarding process.

Ensuring clients are using the booking system efficiently and to its full potential.

Reporting on project progress to key Stakeholders

Managing scope creep and change requests
The experience you’ll bring to the team
You will have previously worked as a Project Manager and will have experience of the below:
-
Experience in Project Management on a SAAS or CRM project

Experience in delivering enterprise level software
-
Confidence in delivering multiple projects in parallel
