Yolk Recruitment are hiring for a Project Manager to join a leading Aerospace firm in the Bristol area for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will set-up harmonised and performant project management processes and methods for project to enable strong project execution and secure demonstrated performance versus target / planned achievement for all the scope of the team

Responsibilities

• Support & drive Performance Management: drumbeat of deliverable progress, support major project/program forums and reviews, action tracking enabling decision making, preparing project's dashboards and communication

• Drive the Risk & Opportunities process including definition of risks in risk management

• As facilitator, you support the project leader in the creation of a motivating and cooperative project environment tool, planning of mitigation actions and control

Skills

• Educated to a degree level in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related discipline
• Experience in agile methodology
• Excellent knowledge and good, solid work experience in project management is mandatory
