Project Manager - RAIDO - £550 per day inside ir35 - 12 months (extensions highly likely) - West Wiltshire - fully onsite working - 1 stage interview - DV clearance - Sector: Aerospace / Defence

Yolk recruitment is recruiting for a Project Manager that has experience in RADIO (Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Opportunities) to work with a world class technology client working into some of the most critical defence projects in the country.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the RAIDO work aimed at implementing and improving the risk management process of a critical defence programme. And use your experience to cost and provide mitigating actions to Risk and Issues.

Due to the security nature of this project the candidate must hold DV security clearance on submission.

Responsibilities:

• RAIDO Strategies aligned to DD PIO governance requirements.
• Designed RAIDO management structure and embedded RAIDO management principles.
• Assessment reports on supplier capability and schedule of delivery.
• Assessment reports on business capacity to receive capability and Impact statements of RAIDO findings.
• Identification, categorisation, and management of the top 5 risks. Will include recommendations for mitigation.
• Issue management strategy.
• Provision of communications messages for RAIDO to all stakeholders.
• Assessment reports on effectiveness if RAIDO responses on whether the RAIDO identified have materialised and likelihood of being realised.
• Maintained and managed Master Data Assumptions List (MDAL).
• Established RAIDO Working Groups where all actions are documented and tracked for progress. Implemented drumbeat to conduct twice monthly (will be adjusted as needed).
• Coherence and alignment with the programme schedule, risk registers and MDAL.
• Central coordination to allow clarity of commitments and A&D management.

Core Skills:

• Must hold a valid DV security clearance.
• Demonstrable Project Management professional experience required for the role.
• Certified Risk Manager with proven minimum 3 years' experience.
• Able to use ARM and excel at high level.

Desirable Skills:

• Project Management certification required for the role.
• Membership of a professional project management body
