Project Support Officer | High Leverl Security Clearance Required | £30,000 - £42,000 (DOE) + Bonus | Gloucestershire | Flexible Hybrid | 1 Stage Interview Process

Yolk Recruitment are working with a global defence company looking to grow their national security offering. They're looking for Security cleared PMO Analysts to join their project services team.

They're based in Gloucestershire & operate hybrid working with the option for a 9 day working fortnight. Active Security Clearance is an essential requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Monitoring: Take charge of project planning activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform comprehensive data analysis to extract valuable insights and identify project performance trends.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

• Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and enhance existing project management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Essential Skills:

• Project Management Expertise: Possess a solid foundation in project management principles, methodologies, and tools (Agile & Waterfall ideally).

• Analytical Acumen: Showcase exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to gather, interpret, and synthesise large datasets efficiently.

• Attention to Detail: Display a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all project-related documentation, reports, and communications.

• Current Enhanced Security Clearance is essential.
