A national Legal 500 firm are looking for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving Real Estate team, within their central Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for a business development focused Solicitor to join a driven department, who will support you in building a successful team around you and progressing your career.  

This is what you’ll be doing

• Supporting the expansion of the continually growing Real Estate department
• Work closely with Partners and colleagues in the Real Estate team, on a broad range of contentious property matters
• Being a key player in the enhancement of the departments offering
• Build a successful team in the Bristol office, with support from a Property Litigation Partner based in another location
• Take a pro-active approach to business development, to increase the team’s presence in the market

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Solicitor/Associate/Partner (min 3 PQE)
• Solid experience in dealing with landlord and tenant matters, developer disputes and trespass actions
• A natural ability to build strong client relationships, and develop new business
• A following is desirable, but a drive to create one is essential
• Resilient, with the ability to work to strict deadlines
• Ambitious and driven to progress your career
