Yolk Recruitment is working with a respected firm with an established presence in the Bristol & South West market who are recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor. This firm has two offices, including the head office in Bristol.

Working within the local and wider communities, this firm prides itself on its client relations, most of whom are referrals from others and their connections expand to businesses all over the UK and overseas.

This is what you'll be doing

You will work collaboratively across the Litigation team managing your own files whilst also assisting the Head of Department's case load.

Your primary focus will be Property Litigation as this is this firm's speciality. You will also have a sound understanding of Landlord & Tenant issues and you will be expected to deal with contested Probate matters.

You will work for a wide range of clients from high net worth clients, to SME's and to individuals seeking the firm's expertise, ensuring that the work is varied and no two days will be the same.

This is what you'll bring to the Team

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will need to demonstrate experience of the following:

• Extensive relevant property litigation knowledge
• Drafting key agreements in correspondence such as tenancy agreement and leases
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels
• Can manage and deliver exceptional client service in turn supporting the growth of the practice and development of your own career
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and technical know-how
