Property Litigation Legal Secretary

A UK Top 50 law firm, are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their thriving Property Litigation department. This is a permanent, full time Property Litigation Legal Secretary role, based in their state-of-the-art offices in Bristol.

This is what you’ll be doing

  • As a Property Litigation Legal Secretary, you will support a busy and growing team of Solicitors, and work with a wide variety of clients including those in Leisure, Retail and Financial Services
  • Undertaking high volume audio typing
  • Creating and amending documents, largely for Court hearings
  • Dealing with the billing process
  • Managing diaries and keeping on top of Court deadlines
  • Liaising with clients, Solicitors and Courts over the phone

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous legal secretarial experience is essential
  • Experience in property litigation, property or commercial litigation is preferred
  • Experience of Outlook, Excel and audio typing
  • Excellent attention to detail
