Property Litigation Paralegal

The Opportunity:

An award winning, tier 1 Legal 500 National law firm are looking to recruit into their highly regarded, Commercial Property litigation team. This large team, with experts at all levels is one of the largest teams in the country, who pride themselves on offering legal services to resolute disputes quickly and effectively. 

You will have a busy case load of contentious and non contentious social housing matters including housing disrepair, tenancy enforcement, antisocial claims, procurement issues and financing issues working on behalf of social landlords.

The experience you need for this role:

·        A paralegal with experience in property law or property litigation law

·        Experience in social housing law is desirable but not essential

·        LLB / LPC

·        Commercially astute

·        Excellent attention to detail is essential

·        Excellent client care skills are essential

·        Strong academics

·        IT Literate
