This role sits within the Property Litigation team which provides a wide range of property advice to property owners, funders and occupiers. Within this position you would be working acting for well-known clients, developers, and property portfolio managers.
Within this position you will have your own case load as well as the opportunity to assist on high value matters.
In relation to progression, at any level of experience there is a clear set out progression path as this firm is keen to obtain, retain and developing their employees.
This is what you'll be doing
As a Property Litigation Paralegal you will deal with a varied case load of Property Litigation matters and will be responsible for the following:
- Attending client meetings
- Taking client instructions
- Liaising with client and experts to obtain detailed information and evidence
- Assisting to drafting pleadings and witness statements
- Preparing cost budgets
- Legal research
- Liaising with the Land Registry
- And more
You will have experience working as a paralegal and will also ideally have experience of some of the following:
- A Legal or GDL gradate
- Experience within Property
- LPC is desirable
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Team player
