This role sits within the Property Litigation team which provides a wide range of property advice to property owners, funders and occupiers. Within this position you would be working acting for well-known clients, developers, and property portfolio managers.
In relation to progression, at any level of experience there is a clear set out progression path as this firm are keen on obtaining, retaining, and developing their staff.
This is what you'll be doing
As a Property Litigation Solicitor you will be responsible for the following:
- Landlord and Tenant work
- Development and building disputes
- Possession actions
- Purchaser claims
- Trespass
- Squatter actions
You will have experience working within Property Litigation and will also ideally have experience of some of the following:
- At least 1 year of experience within Property Litigation
- High academic achievements
- Showing initiative, drive and excellence
