PROPERTY TECHNICAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR

An International Top 100 Law firm are looking for a strong litigator, to join their Property Litigation team, within their Bristol office. Notably this is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-4 PQE Solicitor to work with leaders in the field.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Handle a varied caseload of claimant property damage recoveries, typically over £150,000 in value
• Work on public and product liability matters (defendant work) relating to property damage of any value
• Offer general advice on property damage matters to your clients, consisting of large commercial/insurance companies
• Engage in marketing and business development to help develop your career
• Exercise full compliance on billing and credit control

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• NQ-4years PQE Solicitor or CILEX or Barrister
• A minimum of 6 months litigation experience, ideally demonstrating a mixture of recovery and liability work
• Willing to progress your knowledge of the technical aspects of property investigations
• Experience working to time and cost targets
• Team oriented
• Commercially aware
• IT literate
