Property Manager – Fixed Term
The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team is partnered with Uk’s largest savings organisations in the UK. The Property Manager role is a Fixed Term contract until the 30th of September 2023 covering Maternity Leave. Based in the Pimlico but soon to be Westminster office. This is public sector organization with all the added benefits you will expect from a civil service organisation
What the Property Manager will be doing
As a Property Manager you will provide support in the following areas.
- Focus attention on compliance and audit relationships with external bodies including landlords, contractors, enforcement agencies and auditory bodies.
- Working with Diary management and scheduling maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety at Work regulations across the NS&I property portfolio
- Manage and reduce any operational costs
What the successful Property Manager will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who
- certified BIFM Membership and accreditation
- has General Level 3 or equivalent in NEBOSH
- previous Property Management experience
- Confident in speaking directly to staff members and stakeholders
- Able to use a methodological way to process reports.
