A global law firm, are looking for an experienced secretary, to join their market leading legal 500 team, within their modern city centre Bristol office. Notably, this is a 6-month FTC.

 

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Provide support to lawyers and Partners within the property recoveries team
  • Effectively prepare documents and letters from digital dictation
  • Manage diaries, answer the phones, book meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Accurately maintain the case management system
  • Build relationships with clients and their support staff
  • Prepare bundles, file, photocopy, scan and fax
  • Handle confidential information
  • Assist with the billing processes

 

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous audio typing experience is essential
  • Previous experience within a legal environment is highly desirable
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths)
  • Excellent IT skills, with a typing speed of 65 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client focused approach
  • Ability to prioritise a full workload with a meticulous eye for detail
