As a result of expanding workflows, our client is seeking to hire a Property Lawyer for their Commercial Property Team. This role will be perfect for qualified Lawyers who are Newly Qualified up to four years PQE.

This is what you'll be doing

You will be working within the Commercial Property team in our client's Bristol office and you will be taking on an existing case load.

Responsibilities will involve advising on a wide variety of clients on property matters; from acquisitions to disposal of land and buildings right through to the ongoing management of property portfolios, this is an incredibly varied and exciting role for a junior lawyer.

There will be fantastic opportunities to get involved in a wide range of complex, high value and high profile work, with collaboration across many of our teams and offices.

Lawyers with experience of dealing with Landlord & Tenant issues and experience in freehold residential conveyancing should apply
