Purchasing and Logistics Administrator  
£20,500 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company based in Cardiff as a Purchasing and Logistics Administrator. You’ll be supporting a very busy team where you’ll be trained in various area including shipping, logistics, export documentation and purchasing. If you are someone who is looking for a busy and interesting role that you can develop in and put your own stamp on, then this could be the position for you.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining inventory logs
  • Maintaining supplier databases
  • Taking calls from other departments regarding stock availability
  • Running shipping reports (full training given)
  • Logging returns 
  • Booking deliveries
  • Setting suppliers up on the database
  • Providing administrative support as required
Please note – you do not need to have experience in Logistics, Shipping or Purchasing for this role – whilst helpful, that side of things can be taught. What is essential is a positive attitude and a desire to learn and develop with this role.
