Yolk Recruitment is excited to be supporting a leading beverage brand with the recruitment of a QA Laboratory Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the production of quality products.

This is what you'll be doing as QA Laboratory Technician:

• Conducting product testing and inspection, including analytical and microbiological testing as well as sensory analysis
• Testing water treatment plant and rinse waters
• Conducting hygiene swabbing (ATP and traditional recovery)
• Isolating non-conforming materials and controlling them to prevent accidental usage
• Investigating customer complaints and ensuring conclusions are reported for corrective action
• Recipe and line conformance against quality standards
• Quality Assurance Documentation
• Checking Certificate of Analysis
• Customer complaint investigations and reporting

The experience you'll bring to the team as QA Laboratory Technician:

• Quality Assurance/Control laboratory experience or related educational qualification desirable
• Chemistry and/or Biology A levels desirable
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Enjoy working as part of an extended team and also independently
• Organised and methodical attitude in regards to work
• Can-do attitude and passionate about quality
