This is what you’ll be doing

​

You’ll work as part of a team of engineers responsible for ensuring the smooth transfer of NPD projects into production, developing production line equipment and documentation to drive productivity and quality in a safe working environment.  The role will bring you into contact with all areas and departments in an exciting business.

You’ll support a number of key areas:

​

Process Validation – from identifying requirements, project managing the relevant activity, and leading and performing the validation process, including taking audits where required.

​

Process Change Management – championing a world class process control system to ensure relevant regulatory compliance is adhered to.

​

NPI Quality Tasks – from assessing areas of new process that require equipment studies, control points etc; carrying out gauge R&R and equipment capability studies and producing quality documentation including FMEA, Control Plans and Check Sheets.

​

In addition, you'll contribute to a broad range of NPI activities and involved in peer reviewing your colleagues work.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

​

Specialist training will be provided in some areas, but you’ll need a strong background in Quality and a knowledge of quality processes within manufacturing.

You’ll have an understanding of Process Validation, IP/OP/QP, FAT/SAT etc.

​
