This is what you'll be doing:

• Enhance and cultivate all facets of the Quality function to align with departmental goals and objectives, including achieving KPIs.
• Collaborate in the company's Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process, guiding cross-functional teams in employing problem-solving techniques to minimize waste in the manufacturing process.
• Take a leadership role and provide support in Project Management activities related to New Models and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Execute internal audits of procedures, processes, and products according to the issued schedule, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage, prepare, and submit relevant approval documents, including FAIRS, DVI, APQP, PPAP, Concessions, and Production Permits.

• Experience of a range of relevant manufacturing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Qualified to HNC level or above in a Manufacturing or Production Engineering would be advantageous.
