Quality Engineer

Yolk Recruitment is thrilled to be spearheading the search for a seasoned Quality Engineer to join a dynamic team at our cutting-edge Factory site in Swansea. As a pivotal member of our organisation, you will collaborate closely with all company functions, ensuring seamless coordination of activities in post-market surveillance. If you're a Quality Engineer with a knack for continuous improvement and a passion for excellence, this is the role for you!

This is what you'll be doing as a Quality Engineer:

• Gather consumer feedback/complaints from distributors and partners related to Quality, Performance, and Safety.
• Analyse trends in consumer feedback/complaints.
• Develop and take ownership of a comprehensive database.
• Create and uphold relevant quality instructions, specifications, and standards.
• Maintain all necessary records and performance indicators, analysing data to drive quality improvement.

And this is what you'll need:

• Proficient in orchestrating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance as perceived by customers and consumers.
• Post market surveillance to include customer/ consumer warranty, HRC's is essential for this role.
• Seasoned in adhering to ISO 9001/13485 quality system standards within a manufacturing setting.
• Possesses a solid grasp of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Working within an electronics background would be advantageous.
