Yolk Recruitment are searching for a Control Focal Point to work with a renowned Aerospace company that is at the forefront of space exploration and travel.

The successful candidate will be Acting as the Control Plan focal point for Quality team. You will create and maintain control plans and be a part of design changes on products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Control Plans and Measuring Equipment supporting the team.
• Supporting the Industrial Standards
• Problem Solving focal point to improve the knowledge and mindset within the department
• Coach and support the Quality Lineside teams
• Influence changes as part of the Quality Transformation Inspecting, Preventing and Solving workstreams.
• Support Non-conformity reduction activity

Essentials

• Quality, engineering or manufacturing background
• Control plan experience
• Ability to problem-solve
• Good interpersonal skills - the ability to challenge appropriately
• The ability to interpret data sets, graphical data and draw conclusions.
• Product Safety

Desirable

• Aerospace or aviation experience
