A UK Top 50 law firm, are looking for an motivated Paralegal or LPC graduate to join their highly regarded Real Estate division. This is a 12-month contract on a full-time basis, based in their state-of-the-art offices in Bristol. Notably, there will be opportunities for permanent positions after the contract. 

This is what you’ll be doing

• Working within the financial services segment within the Real Estate team
• Managing commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Maintain and developing excellent client relationships
• Undertaking title checks, reports on title and title due diligence
• Deal with purchases for Housing Associations and Developers
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, by regularly updating them on their file

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Experience as a property paralegal is desirable
• LPC/LLB/CILEX or equivalent is essential
• Experience of working with case management systems
• Ability to manage a busy workload
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent client care and communication skills
