Receptionist

Do you have a strong reception and administrative background with the ability to work individually and within a large team? If so, please read on and apply.

This is what you’ll be doing:

• Meet and greet clients in a professional manner.
• Answering telephone and email queries.
• Office Administration
• Booking rooms and meeting arrangements

The experience you’ll bring to the team:

• Excellent Admin duties
• Being outgoing and enjoy dealing with customers and clients.
• Great telephone manner
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, excel, word.
• Highly organised and adaptable to new working environments
• Experience in a similar role
