Receptionist - 4 - 6 weeks - Cardiff - Immediate Start

The Opportunity

Yolk Recruitment team has partnered with an organisation who needs temporary reception cover for approximately 4-6 weeks. The role will involve maintaining the Reception area and ensuring clients are well looked after and treated professionally.

This is a role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday

What the Receptionist will be will be doing
The ideal Receptionist will be responsible for

* Answering the phones, sorting post and ordering stationary

* Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared when necessary

* Maintaining a today and organised reception area

* Being a welcome voice to customers and colleagues

What the successful Receptionist will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has

* A professional telephone manner

* Have a positive approach and is a people person

* Be organised and approachable
