Receptionist

Yolk Recruitment are working closely with a leading regional law firm to hire a receptionist to come and join their team in Newport.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist or someone that has a strong customer service background looking for a new challenge.
 
What you will be doing

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all clients visiting or telephoning the office. You will also:
  • Manage the reception calendars and conference room bookings
  • Assist with office administration tasks such as photo copying, data entry, scanning etc
  • Process all ingoing and outgoing post
  • Greet Clients and deal with general enquires face to face and over the phone
  • Archiving client files and managing the archive database
 
The experience you’ll bring to the team

As a passionate Receptionist you’ll need have Previous experience working as a receptionist or experience within a similar role, alongside:
  • A friendly and welcoming manner
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Self-motivated and the ability to multitask whilst working in a fast-paced environment
