This is what you’ll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/PA to join a friendly Financial Planners company based in Cardiff. You will work closely with the operations director to be the first point of contact for visitors to the office. You will also:
 
  • Answer the phone and emails, organising incoming and outgoing post alongside taking and passing along messages
  • Manage and prepare meeting rooms for client visits, acting the friendly point of contact for clients throughout the day
  • Supporting other team members with various office support duties
  • Ensuring all databases and systems are up to date and accurate at all times
  • Prepare various documents and information for meetings and visits
  • Organise various staff and office events
  • Liaise with outside companies and contractors on behalf of the Operations Director
  • Support the Operations director with various small projects and fact finding
  • Organise and manage the Operations Director Diary effectively
 
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As a passionate Receptionist/PA, you’ll need to have:
 
  • A friendly and welcoming manner
  • Previous experience working within an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise own workload
