The Opportunity

  • Yolk Public Sector & Not-for-Profit is working with a not-for-profit organisation who work in partnership with families and other professionals to deliver high quality support services that empower people. The Recruitment Administrator will provide a professional, confidential, and effective level of support, engagement, and administration tasks to support the objectives of the resourcing strategy.
What you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Administrator

  • Responsible for proactively engaging with candidates and our stakeholders to recruit the right people at the right time whilst providing a first-class service in line with internal and external compliance standards.
      • Advertise and monitor all internal and external vacancies through effective use of social media, job boards and other media within defined deadlines.
      • Ensure all candidate applications are processed and effective pre-screening and selection is conducted within agreed deadlines.
      • Ensure all interviews are arranged within defined deadlines, ensuring that candidates and hiring managers are provided with all necessary information to make the interview a positive experience.
      • Ensure all pre-employment vetting, DBS and Occupational Health checks are undertaken within agreed timescales in line with Care Inspectorate Wales Guidelines and internal and external compliance standards.
      • Responsible for the administration of contracts of employment/start date packs

What the successful Recruitment Administrator will bring to the team
 

Essential

  • Strong administration experience gained in a fast paced, customer centric environment.
  • Exceptional customer service experience.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Must be IT literate in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience and ability to provide detailed analysis of a range of data to inform management reporting.
  • Ideally, demonstrable experience/knowledge of recruitment processes such as pre-screening, applying for references and onboarding candidates.
